From Tiers A–F, The Cotton Factory has coordinated film and television productions of every size and budget. Our facility has house power with industry-standard “pig-tail” connections, a drive-in loading bay, and a freight elevator. Our exteriors can accommodate scenes from the mid-1800s to modern day — and have even been used for future apocalypses. Historic and modern indoor spaces are perfect for film sets.
Location Scouts
