Artisan Workshops

Units from 500 to 5,000 square feet, perfect for woodworking, light manufacturing or any artisan process. Power from 120V to 600V, large 7′×12′ windows, a freight elevator with 4,000 lb capacity, street access and a ground-level loading dock.
